We were introduced to the gourmet industry by two Conseillers du commerce extérieur, Jacques Boissier, Founder & Managing Director and Christophe Barret, CEO of Classic Fine Foods, the only fine foods specialist that operates in 11 different countries across Europe, The Middle East and Asia. With over 20 years of work experience across continents, Messrs. Boissier and Barret truly embody our course title: 'working in international context' and provided our soon-to-graduate European Studies French Stream students useful advice for a global career development: to have passion for the job with a positive and optimistic outlook.
