Christophe Baret, CEO, and Jacques Boissier, Senior Advisor, shared their wealth of experience working and developing successful business enterprises outside France. Classic Fine Foods is a "glocal" (global and local) company that sells French and international upmarket foods, but also local fresh produce from Hong Kong to restaurateurs in Hong Kong and Macao. They also do research and development to introduce alternative proteins and meet the demands of their green-minded customers.
